Born in the suburbs of Toledo and raised on showtunes and comedy albums, my love for performance started at an early age. In high school, I took on roles in theater, orchestra, cheerleading and speech and debate. Combined with a passion for writing, my skills took me all the way to Wood County to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Broadcast Journalism at Bowling Green State University. (Talons Up!)

My professional career started as the weekend overnight producer at 13abc, my hometown station. 6 months into my position, I was offered the promotion of becoming the only lifestyle producer on our new show, The Nine. The responsibilities that started out as line producing and segment booking quickly expanded to editorial consultation, videography, editing and acting as an on-screen personality alongside our two show hosts.

Over the course of my 4+ years in the broadcasting world, every step I have taken is because I have had the intiative to ask questions, learn skills, and demand the best work ethic from myself at all times. Moving forward, I am interested in pursuing roles throughout the media landscape, offering my video capabilities and creative and thoughtful approach to telling human-led stories.
